This single-level, 2,018-square-foot retreat combines contemporary design with expansive river and basalt cliff views, soaring ceilings, and bright, open living spaces.
The open-concept great room is designed for gathering, with expansive windows showcasing the surrounding landscape and an impressive 98-inch TV for movie nights, sports, and entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and a large center island with seating for four. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and everything needed for meals at home. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats six guests, and the home is stocked with place settings for up to 12 people, along with non-glass drinkware for enjoying beverages by the pool and outdoors.
A separate beverage bar includes an additional ice maker and coffee station equipped for both single-serve pods and full-pot brewing.
The home features three bedrooms, including a spacious primary suite with a spa-inspired bathroom, walk-in closet, and private TV. All three bathrooms feature walk-in showers, providing convenient, comfortable accommodations throughout the home. The separate Flex Room provides additional living and sleeping space with its own TV and a queen-size sleeper sofa accommodating up to two additional guests.
Outside is where the home really shines. The beautifully designed patio provides plenty of room for family and friends to spread out, relax, dine, and enjoy the Crescent Ridge setting. The centerpiece is a private heated swimming pool with customizable light-show settings, creating a wonderful outdoor space during both the day and evening.
For longer stays, the home also includes a dedicated laundry room with a large-capacity washer and dryer.
