Terms and Conditions
Membership Term and Renewal
The Club is a non-refundable annual membership. Memberships automatically renew each year using the payment method on file unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Accommodation Availability
All accommodations and reservations are subject to availability. Members receive priority access to concert-weekend reservations, but membership does not guarantee lodging for any specific concert, date, or event. We strongly recommend booking as early as possible, particularly during peak Gorge Amphitheatre weekends.
Concert Dates and Tickets
Concert dates, announcements, ticket release schedules, and ticket availability are determined solely by Live Nation. Sagecliffe Resort & Spa does not control and is not responsible for delayed concert announcements, schedule changes, cancellations, or ticket availability.
Purchase of a Club membership may not be conditioned upon or based on the availability of accommodations at Sagecliffe Resort & Spa or the availability of concert tickets through Live Nation.
Club Room Reservations
Complimentary use of the Club Room must be reserved at least 30 days in advance and is subject to availability.
Resort Credit
The $50 resort credit applies to qualifying stays booked at least seven days in advance. Restaurant and spa credits may not be applied toward taxes, tips, or gratuities.
Early Arrival and Late Departure
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
