We’re welcoming Dr Kevin Pogue this Earth Day!

This Earth Day we’re celebrating our wonderful planet and welcoming Dr Kevin Pogue to the resort to give a presentation on the geology of our local landscape and answer any questions you have about Washington State vineyards and wines.
About Dr Pogue
Dr Kevin Pogue is a professor of Geology at Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington. He is a leading global expert on terroir for winegrape production and works as both an academic geologist and a consultant for grape farmers and land investors. In 2018, he was the recipient of the Walter Clore Honorarium from the Washington State Wine Commission, for his service as an ambassador, mentor, and champion of Washington Wines.
He was also featured in The New York Times, which said that Dr Pogue’s work “signals the increasing maturity and seriousness of the Washington wine industry”. You can read the full article here.
